My ohnly suggestion on possibly improving it would be the way your lighting is hitting the floor. Could draw the eye in a bit better if you had a bit more light on the main focus of the page. Other than that tho - nice work. :)

This is nice. It shows a certain personality to it. I'd say you had fun doing this one and it shows. There are a few areas that are a bit too dark and contrasty (his neck) and some basic anatomy issues here and there but honestly it's easy to overlook those because it's a caricature and again the personality of the piece is quite striking.
